What people ask most often
Are the houses furnished?
Yes, every house is rented fully furnished — a kitchen with appliances, dining and living-room furniture, three bedrooms with beds and built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with two basins.
Which utilities are paid on top?
On long-term rentals, utilities and water are paid by actual use — the houses are low-energy, with electric underfloor heating and a thermostat in every room, so costs are far lower than in older houses. On short-term rentals utilities are included.
What is the minimum rental period?
Short-term stays start at two nights. Mid-term rentals start at one month; long-term contracts are usually for 12 months with an option to extend.
Can I keep a dog or a cat?
Pets are handled individually per house — in houses with a larger garden it is usually not a problem. Please mention it in the note of your request.
How much is the deposit?
Long-term rentals take a deposit of one month’s rent; short-term stays a €300 deposit refunded after departure. The deposit is returned once the house is handed back undamaged.
Can a company rent several houses at once?
Yes. For three or more houses we prepare a framework agreement, a reduced rate and one monthly invoice. We send the offer within 24 hours of your request.
